Karma – Don’t take offense on Insults

When people insult you, don’t take offense, don’t take it personally, but do listen to their words. They are telling you how they see the world, and they are telling you the exact negative qualities that they possess.
“The Law of Mirrors” states that one can only see what’s in them, regardless if it is what is actually present in reality or not.
Release the need to defend or try to explain to them that you’re not being whatever-nasty-insult-they’ve-thrown-at-you, but evaluate instead all of these insults, and realize that this is who they are.
Then, decide if a person with those qualities is one who you’d like in your life or not.

Trust your intution

“We suffer when we go against what we know is best for us. We allow our mind to overrule our gut intuition. We know the person we are in relationship with is not the one for us but we overrule our instincts in favor of the fantasy we want to be real. We know the job is not the right one but we allow fear to stop us from moving on.

Life begins to flow when we stop, stopping ourselves from taking the actions we know we must. We take a leap of faith that the voice of our intuition is smarter than the rationalizations we create to justify not moving. The instinctive messages we get are meant to make life easier and more rewarding. We know they are best for us because they make sense and feel right.

Stay with the present

A lot of things you think are important, are just urgent, but not important.
Focus on what really matters.

A phone call for example is always urgent – it rings only a few times and is gone, but is often not important. If you are in the middle of something truly important – playing with kids, being present with your loved one, – do not stop just because a silly phone rings.
Stay present with what’s important now!

“You are always in the present moment.
You are not always aware that you are in the present moment. The present moment continues with your awareness or without it.
The difference is one of POWER. When you are aware in the present moment, you have the option of power. When you are NOT aware in the present moment, you have NO POWER.”

Most people are not aware of the present moment, and the options available to them are very limited. When they are offended, they get angry and shout or withdraw. When they are tempted by alcohol, they drink it. When they are jealous, they become focused on a narrow part of the vast array of experience that presents itself moment by moment. The vast array is all contained in the present moment. Becoming aware of the present moment gives access to that vast array, and with that vast array of experience comes numerous possibilities

When this body gets filled with praise, the Divine dawns

When this body gets filled with praise, the Divine dawns

Even if you see one beautiful quality, decorate it, exaggerate it, make it big, “So and so is great, excellent, marvelous.” If you see a negative quality, analyze with your head, reason it out, “Why are they acting this way? Maybe, they are stressed…” The analysis of negativity brings compassion in you and exaggeration of good brings waves of beauty.
Whether this person is beautiful or not, it makes YOU more beautiful.
Those who exaggerate positive qualities, their bodies get filled with them.
When this body gets filled with praise, the Divine dawns.
